A QUALIFIED OLD CORE DEUTZ ENGINE CAN BE EXCHANGED SAME DAY FOR A PROFESSIONALLY REBUILT DEUTZ ENGINE WITH A WRITTEN WARRANTY AT A FIXED PRICE.

Genuine DEUTZ parts used throughout to ensure integrity of the workmanship. We perform a complete tear-down & inspection of the entire engine. Components are reconditioned or replaced as necessary. Engines are reassembled within specs of new Deutz engines.

Rebuilding package includes the following:

Bearing clearances precision checked and verified within Deutz spec.
Original Deutz induction hardened crankshafts used exclusively. Hardness tested and verified.
Injectors rebuilt with all new atomizer tips.
Balancing of all reciprocating parts for smoother operation.
Dynamometer run-in performed on all engines (except one/two cyl. models).
Post-Dyno inspection includes: General checklist of inspection items, valve adjustment, oil filter change, engine preservation and I.D. tag.
Finish: Primer coat with dark gray enamel finish.
Packaging: Palletized. Preservation wrap.
Documentation: Warranty statement, Operators manual with break-in instructions.
Warranty: SDI (REW) Rebuilt Exchange Warranty statement #D8 applies.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: if returned in new, unused condition within 30 days.
